Told them what had happened and found out the courier had actually faked our signature. Then about 2 weeks later, no warning again, we came home to the box containg parts left on doorstep in pouring rain. And don't even get me started on the cot mattress from them that they sent us and made us return to store even though the order had been cancelled!
