Great article! I enjoy a certain amount of creative chaos and feel I have a fairly good balance of organization and chaos. I keep my weekly to-do lists in there and have tabs for them so I can flip through them quickly. Like Ken, I flip through often and use this to get an overview of my work world. I do waste time flipping through but only feel bad about it when someone is watching.

It was the most organized mess, and I was completely blind to it. Thankfully, Yaniv explained that he used to do the same thing, but found it to be too cumbersome to maintain.
